Message	it you will have a terrible head ache. Also NOS is not a controlled substance either. If it were you wouldn't have NOS refill stations as they would have to have a special license to do just that. I am going to have call BS and if your father inlaw and etc did something like that thats just one more crooked cop trying to move up in ranks by screwing the public. Maybe the dept of internal affairs should be called instead of the DA. Now there is one thing you can get called out for on carrying NOS, propane, and gas and etc. Is for inproper handling of a regulate fuel. Which basically a fix it ticket.
